These Terms of Service govern your use of Remixie, a mobile app that lets you upload photos, use templates or prompts, and create AI-generated images and videos.
Remixie is provided by Tradonna, LLC (“Remixie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, continuing through onboarding, purchasing credits or subscriptions, or using Remixie, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Remixie. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Remixie only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use Remixie if you are legally prohibited from using the app or if we have previously suspended or terminated your account.
Remixie lets you upload images, select photo or video templates, enter optional prompts, and submit generation requests to create AI-generated media.
Generation results may include images or short videos. Generation may take time, may fail, and may produce unexpected or inaccurate results. Remixie does not guarantee that any generated result will meet your expectations or be suitable for a particular use.
You may sign in using supported authentication providers, including Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

As between you and Remixie, you keep ownership of photos, prompts, and other content you submit to Remixie.
You grant Remixie a limited license to host, process, transmit, modify, display, and store your submitted content and generated outputs as needed to operate Remixie, provide AI generation, save your gallery, troubleshoot issues, enforce these Terms, and improve safety and reliability.
You are responsible for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed for any photos, prompts, names, likenesses, or other content you submit. Do not upload or generate content involving someone else unless you have the right to do so.
To the extent permitted by law and applicable third-party AI provider terms, you may use generated outputs for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for confirming that your use of any generated output is lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights.
