These Terms of Service govern your use of Remixie, a mobile video editor that lets you import media, edit videos, create captions, record voiceovers, and request AI-assisted edits.
Remixie is provided by Tradonna, LLC (“Remixie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, continuing through onboarding, purchasing subscriptions or additional service usage, or using Remixie, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Remixie. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Remixie only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use Remixie if you are legally prohibited from using the app or if we have previously suspended or terminated your account.
Remixie lets you import selected videos, images, and audio; arrange and edit a timeline; add text, captions, transitions, and sound effects; record voiceovers; and export finished videos when you have the required subscription.
Some features use online AI processing, including transcription, caption emphasis, filler-word detection, and planning edits from your instructions. Other work, including manual editing and rendering, takes place on your device.
AI suggestions and transcripts may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review your captions, proposed edits, and exported results. Remixie does not guarantee that a result will meet your expectations or be suitable for a particular use.
You may sign in using supported authentication providers, including Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

As between you and Remixie, you keep ownership of the videos, images, audio, text, and other content you provide.
You grant Remixie a limited license to process, transmit, modify, display, and store that content as needed to provide the features you choose, troubleshoot issues, enforce these Terms, and maintain safety and reliability, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the media, music, names, likenesses, and other content you use. Editing or exporting content through Remixie does not give you rights to material you do not own or have permission to use.
You are responsible for checking the accuracy and suitability of AI suggestions, transcripts, captions, and edited results before publishing them. Your rights in third-party content remain subject to its applicable terms.
